Badminton training program is very important for youth players to improve their fitness and performance on the court. Our club is pleased to offer a series of training programs on Sundays' and Thursdays' sessions for our junior members. There are limited space available for this training program. To enrol into these training programs, please follow the details described in the Club Communication emails.
To take apart in this training program, each training participant needs to carry the following items.
- Badminton racket
- Proper fitness suite and court shoes
- Towel
- Water bottle
The club will supply birdies for the training course.
Sunday Training Programs
The 2018-2019 season Sunday training programs are proposed at the following time and location:
- Beginner Level - 6:00pm - 7:00pm on designated Sundays' evening at TCRC
- Intermediate Level - 7:00pm - 8:00pm on designated Sundays' evening at TCRC
Thursday Training Program
The 2018-2019 season Thursday training program is proposed at the following time and location:
- Competitive Level - 7:00pm - 9:00pm on designated Thursdays' evening at George P Nicholson School
